SCOPE - Kaleidoscope’s Process for Effective Delivery

SCOPE is Kaleidoscope’s proprietary process for discovering your needs and delivering a strategic plan. We can guarantee satisfaction because SCOPE helps us confirm what you need. SCOPE is the acronym that refers to this process:

  • Scale – Determines the “desired results” of the project. We will conduct an interview called a “Client Needs Consultation” to fully identify all marketing and communication needs. A formal “Client Needs” document will be developed from this meeting and next steps determined.
     
  • Compile - We conduct and compile research so that we can accurately develop a strategic plan for you. On your behalf, we research target market, economic factors, demographic and psychographic indicators, trends, the competition and uncover potential niche markets.
     
  • Originate Kaleidoscope develops the “Innovative Roadmap” through brainstorming sessions both internally and with your team. Based on interviews, research and brainstorming, we create a strategic plan, including tactical recommendations.
     
  • Project Plan – We can implement the strategy on your behalf or we can provide your internal team with a comprehensive “Implementation Power Handbook”, complete with creative briefs, resource allocation, pricing and critical path. The vast network of talent in the Kaleidoscope Community guarantees a quality product.
     
  • Evaluate - Kaleidoscope stands by the importance of measuring marketing and communication initiatives. We ask you to complete a “Client Satisfaction Feedback Form” so that Kaleidoscope can constantly improve our service and offerings to you.
SCOPE – The Formula for Success

The team at Kaleidoscope believes that there is a higher likelihood of success in having a comprehensive strategic plan in place before embarking on a tactical project – you have to have a strategy in place to ensure you reach your ultimate goal. A comprehensive plan includes orientation, strategy and implementation:

  • Preliminary Orientation and High Level Marketing Recommendations:
    As part of our initial meeting, we commit to understanding your business products and objectives. We will then develop a high level outline including the parameters and proposed costs of developing a strategic marketing plan.
      
  • Corporate Marketing Strategy:
    Kaleidoscope will work with senior management to develop a strategic plan that supports your corporate goals and initiatives. This plan includes marketing goals, strategic objectives, rationale, market research, value propositions, tactics and a preliminary implementation budget. A recommendation of metrics by which to measure the success of implementation will also be included.

      
  • Project Plan and/or Implementation:
    We will design a plan for you that outlines how to execute on the individual recommendations, including a fine-tuned budget, measurables and a critical path for delivery. Kaleidoscope can manage the execution of the plan through to delivery, or work with your internal marketing team.
